Seogul - Hangul for western languages

Hangul is perhaps the most complete and representative writing system that exists. Its graphemes represent forms that the oral apparatus does when pronouncing each phoneme.

Seogul is based on the combination of hangul characters for consonants and IPA characters for vowels.
